Established in 2011, Transparent Mortgage was created as the fulfillment of our vision to build a mortgage company not from the ground up, but from the consumer up. After years of working with and for the biggest mortgage lenders and banks we saw what was really lacking in the mortgage industry, transparency to the consumer. Partnering with Specialty Home Loans, a mortgage banker and lender serving California since 2006, we engineered the best of both worlds, a proven entity with the lending relationships and experience to deliver the best rates and the performance, while maintaining our desire to create a fresh approach to the business with an emphasis on transparency.
Beau has been in the mortgage business since 2003 and has worked for Luxury Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, and Impac Funding Corp. Beau grew up in Alaska and spent his summers working at a world class fishing lodge. Working for his father, he learned the value of execution and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Earning a degree in Finance and Economics, from Southern Oregon, he has always maintained a close connection to financial markets which lends expertise to his clients.
