I called Beau because I'm working with a bank and was not happy with the terms they offered. Turns out Beau is not licensed in the state where I'm purchasing, but that didn't stop him from taking time to walk me through the pricing I *should* be getting, reaching out to see if he could find me a referral, and following up to ensure I have a plan to move forward. Because of his advice, I was able to negotiate with the bank and improve the pricing. I will for sure be back to work with Beau on my next deal!

Recently we were shopping for options on a purchase of a new home. After searching Yelp, we found Beau at Transparent Mortgage. Beau has helped make the process less daunting. His knowledge and expertise in his field have proven invaluable. He was able to offer us viable options catered to what our specific needs were. Beau won't try to sell you on something that doesn't make sense. Ultimately the builder was able to offer us better terms, but when it's time to refinance we'll call Beau first. We strongly recommend contacting Beau at Transparent Mortgage if you have financing questions or need help obtaining a loan.

Best in the business! I've recently used Beau and the Transparent team to close my first home along with our refinance. Going through these transactions for the first time can be a nerve-racking situation but the team made it seamless. I enjoyed the personal touch I experienced which each team member that tends to get lost with large scale companies. The entire Transparent Mortgage team is phenomenal! I have done a home loan and 2 refinances with them in the past 2 years. I can say with confidence, that they are truly an amazing team of highly efficient professionals. I was a first time homebuyer right at the time of the start of the pandemic when I got in touch with the TSP team initially.
