If you are reading this than just go ahead and lock in with Beau. I was previously using a lender recommended by my Realtor, and after getting my first loan estimate numbers, something seemed off. I began looking for a second opinion and saw Beau's great reviews and reached out. Beau was immediately great to work with, and gave a better rate than the previous lender. Beau also found better options for me rather than putting a full 20% down. Beau was straight forward with the rates/pricing, and his rates matched what the market was doing, versus the other lender trying to make as much commission as he could. His communication was great and was available pretty much every day at every hour. Beau would even go above and beyond and let me know what times he would not be available beforehand in case I had questions. Ultimately the process was seamless, and his team made sure we closed on time. Go with Beau, you wont regret it!

Choosing Beau was one of the best decisions in our home buying process. We found Beau after researching Yelp and seeing all of his great reviews. We set up an introductory call and could tell that Beau was a great fit. Throughout the next three weeks, Beau explained every step of the process in great detail. He let us know what documents were needed, what to expect, and what pitfalls may lay ahead. Beau got us a very good interest rate. Better than what we found elsewhere by other brokers and at banks/credit unions. We were very impressed Beau's knowledge of the market and historical trends. He encouraged us to lock in our interest rate before the Fed made the announcement to drop the interest rates (he said that historically, rates usually spike after the announcement) we followed his advice and was definitely not disappointed! The rates spiked after we locked in our rate. Beau was extremely timely and responds to questions in an easily understandable manner. The sellers realtor told us that she had never seen someone that can get things done as quickly as Beau. He was very transparent, professional, and responsive. If we ever need a Mortgage Broker again or someone that we know needs recommendations, Beau is 100% our go to person.

Working with Beau for our mortgage was the best decision we made in our home buying journey! We found Beau through Yelp and his previous reviews. We were originally working with a different lender but had many communication problems. We found Beau to be extremely knowledgeable and he was able to clarify the process and steps for us. We were already a week into escrow when we started working with Beau, he was very open and honest with us about potential challenges and also listened to our concerns and expectations. He is extremely responsive, communicates updates promptly, and worked very hard to get things set up for us. He gave us great advice regarding interest rates, we were so glad we listened to his recommendations. Amazingly, we were able to close escrow a week ahead of time! We cannot recommend Beau enough and would definitely work with him again in the future!

From strategy, to setting expectations, to execution, Beau Hodson and his team at Transparent Mortgage were flawless. My particular deal had a number of complexities outside of traditional refinancing scenarios, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for.
